To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging
- Please ensure you have the tax invoice or proof of purchase available
- Return shipping is at your own cost

Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
